At this exhibition, Gootage showcased its clear brand positioning as a "Power Module Thermal Management Specialist" and comprehensively demonstrated its professional expertise in its field. It visually presented the exquisite craftsmanship and mass production capabilities of its full range of cooling products, allowing global customers to understand Goodtime's technology and delivery capabilities in a one-stop manner.

During the exhibition, the booth was constantly crowded with visitors, maintaining a high level of popularity. R&D engineers and procurement managers from the power electronics sector worldwide stopped by to conduct in-depth inspections of the four core product matrices: Pin-fin substrates, irregular substrates, copper-aluminum composite substrates, and Close Cooler coolers.

The technical and business team of Gootage provided one-on-one exclusive reception throughout the entire process, combining diverse practical working conditions such as new energy electronic control, energy storage, and industrial transmission, to meticulously dissect the thermal conductivity performance, core processing technology, and stringent mass production standards of the products. At this exhibition, Gootage has unveiled two innovative solutions that precisely meet the current rigid demand for new energy electronic control, energy storage, and industrial transmission power modules:

※ Copper-aluminum composite substrate: Creating the optimal solution for cost reduction in power modules. In response to the core demand of the industry for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, the new copper-aluminum composite Baseplate product makes its debut. On the basis of strictly ensuring the thermal conductivity, structural rigidity, and thermal cycle fatigue resistance required for IGBT and SiC power modules, and adapting to the harsh usage environments of automotive and industrial control, the composite structure of the substrate is optimized, significantly reducing the overall cost of raw materials. It replaces high-cost pure copper substrates and provides module manufacturers at home and abroad with a new selection of heat dissipation substrates that offer "uncompromised performance and controllable cost.".  

※ Close Cooler: Unlocking a new approach to liquid cooling and heat dissipation, tailored for the trend of miniaturization, integration, and high-density development of power modules. With a more compact overall layout and excellent heat transfer efficiency, it not only reduces the assembly space of the entire machine but also enhances temperature control capabilities under high-power conditions. It provides a new research and development approach for the integrated design of liquid cooling systems in electric drives and energy storage converters for new energy vehicles, assisting downstream customers in optimizing the overall structural design.

Senior executives from multiple long-term and stable overseas power module leading enterprises visited the booth for in-depth meetings. Both parties reviewed the effectiveness of the implementation of existing substrate and heat sink projects, and engaged in detailed discussions centered around joint research and development of next-generation module cooling solutions, batch supply cycles, and localized supporting services in the European region. They finalized multiple iterative samples and long-term framework cooperation intentions, solidifying their global strategic partnership.

During the exhibition, we received R&D and procurement teams from new energy electronic control and power module manufacturers from multiple European countries and overseas regions. Customers conducted on-site inspections of product processes and production capacity systems, and highly praised the cost-saving advantages of copper-aluminum composite substrates and the innovative Close Cooler liquid cooling solution. Several companies made on-site decisions to invite sample testing, resulting in fruitful cooperation intentions.
